Our app’s registration form requires you to provide us contact information and may also require demographic information. We may use your contact information from the registration form to send you information about our company and our services. Your contact information is also used to contact you when necessary.

Backpacker Dating provides you with ways in which you can alter your personal data, including changing your email address, password and profile information etc.
5. Control of Your Password
You are responsible for all actions taken with your Backpacker Dating membership, email address and password. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your Backpacker Dating password to any third parties. 9. Membership Removal
If you wish to have your registration removed from our directory for any reason, simply send us an email requesting to be removed, or you are able to remove this yourself.
10. Public Information
Backpacker Dating is designed to help you meet New Zealanders and as such you are encouraged to enter personal information about yourself into your profile. This information includes (but is not limited to) your first name, date of birth, gender, sexuality, occupation, profile photos etc. All information that you enter on your profile should be considered publicly accessible information that could be seen by any person who joins the Backpacker Dating website. Some Backpacker Dating members may also have the ability to see if you have viewed or “liked” their profile.
11. Messages Between Members
Backpacker Dating provides a messaging system that allows you to send private messages between yourself and other members of Backpacker Dating. Messages are kept private and are only accessible to yourself and your intended recipient. Backpacker Dating reserves the right under exceptional circumstances to read messages that you have sent other members if we have reason to believe that your messages are in breach of our Terms of Use or if we are requested to do so by relevant New Zealand authorities and required to do so by law.
